What are your Showroom Hours?
Blue Rents is open Monday thru Saturday 8am to 5pm. Appointments are encouraged for larger Weddings and Parties.

What are your Hours of Delivery?

Normal delivery/pick up hours are 7am-5pm Monday thru Saturday. Rental prices DO NOT include set up and breakdown of equipment. Additional charges will be incurred based on the logistics of the event or timed delivery or pick up. Please be available to count and check all items at time of delivery, otherwise all counts will be considered accurate. Our delivery personnel are instructed to stack all items in a mutually convenient location. If you require multiple delivery locations on site, please advise so arrangements may be made. Deliveries/Pick Ups can be made 24 hours a day 7 days a week but cost additional fee plus labor.

Do the Crews Set up the Equipment?

Blue Rents will be happy to set up and breakdown all equipment. This does take time and labor, so there is an additional fee. This fee depends on how many items and location of items. Call for a quote.

What should we do with the Dishware, Flatware, Glasses, Linens etc. before we return?

Please scrape food from plates and rinse. Please place dishware in the racks in which they were picked up or delivered. Flatware should be rinsed food free and placed back in the same containers as picked up or delivered. Glasses should be empty and placed face down in racks. Linens should be free of debris and dry to prevent staining or mildew. Please be careful of candle wax as it WILL permanently damage linens. Additional charges will be charged to customer for the removal of wax or any stubborn stains or mildew.

Rental Fees and Client Responsibility Upon Acceptance

All charges are for time out, whether used or not, so please make your selections carefully. Prices are quoted for a one-day rental although you may pick up Friday or Saturday and Return Monday. Customer may request delivery day and time, but Blue Rents reserves the right to make deliveries and pick ups when accessible. Should you desire to use rentals for a longer period of time, please call our office to receive a long-term rate quote. Responsibility of the equipment remains with the client from the time of pick up/delivery until the time of return/pick up. Please be certain equipment is secured when not in use and protected from the weather. Charges will be assessed for missing, broken or damaged items, as well as linens which are lost, torn, burned or soiled beyond cleaning. The full replacement value will be charged in addition to the rental charge incurred for usage. Please see our Rental Assurance for additional information.

Can the Customer Pick Up Party Rental Equipment from our Location?

Yes, we will be happy to load your order for you. However, we cannot be held liable for any damage to your vehicle resulting from loading or unloading of our equipment. Also, keep in mind what you are picking up and returning, most items need to be picked up with an open bed pick up truck or trailer. If this is an issue for you we will be happy to deliver it for you at an additional charge.

What is the Normal Procedure for Reserving, Picking Up, & Returning Party Rental Equipment?

You will need to reserve your order, typically, a few weeks in advance. During busy times Blue Rents reserves the right to refuse delivery and pick up. To reserve you must pay half of the rental price which is NON REFUNDABLE with a Credit/Debit Card. The balance of the contract is due at pick up or before delivery. Customer Pick Ups are Friday 8am-5pm or Saturday 8am-5pm and Return Monday 8am-4pm. We are closed on Sunday, so be sure and make arrangements for your return or you will be charged another day rental. Please come to Front Party Rental Desk to receive an active signed contract and we will instruct you to the appropriate warehouse door for pick up. When returning items please return them to the same warehouse door and you will receive an Equipment Return Slip which is to be brought back to Front Party Rental Desk for closing of contract. It’s that easy.

Do you Rent Tents?

We have White and Clear Top Frame Tents, and White Top Pole Tents from 10’x10’ to 60’x210’. The difference is the look and what type of surface the tent would be set up. A Blue Rents Sales Consultant will be happy to come out to the location to help you determine the appropriate tenting solution. There is no charge for this service.

Do you Rent Tables & Chairs?

We have all types of tables and chairs. They are rented and priced individually. Please select what you like and use contact form for a quote or price list.
